An AR photo zone

Business task:
The task was to create a photo zone on the basis of an application for iPad.
What we did and how we did it:
Apart from creating content that would show the brand’s nature, we had to find a solution for a problem of content overlapping the person in the frame. We made a chroma key camera out of a smartphone with the help of ARKit3 platform. Thus the guests were not overlapped with content, adjusting to their body outline in real time. It enabled the guests to take photos in front of virtual cliffs and desert, record videos and share them in social media.
Specifics of the project:
The project was created with the use of the occlusion effect. Also, as we had little time for project realization, we made the application that could be installed directly on the promoter’s tablet. In order to get access to his/her videos, all the guest had to do was to point his/her phone camera at the tablet’s screen, where the link to the video was. Using the link, the guests could download the clip.
